Seal Island is a small land mass located few kilometres off the northern beaches of False Bay, near Cape Town, in South Africa.

The island is so named because of the great number of Cape fur seals that occupy it.


It is home to seabirds and others species too flying there to breed .
The island is long and narrow. There is no vegetation and no beach.


















The park is home to 500 species of birds, around 2000 types of rare plants and a huge variety of wild animals.
